In Continuation of this office earlier notice regarding examination for the post of LDC scheduled to be held on 17.01.2010, it is informed that the candidates may visit the official website of ESIC www.esicdelhi.org.in for Roll No., examination Venue allotted to them & other details. The eligible candidates, who have been allotted the Roll No. but have not recieved heir admit card for the written examination may donloaded the specimen copy of their Admit card frm the ESIC official website and may contact the Regional Office, ESI Corporation, Rajendra Bhawan, Rajendra Place, New Delhi-08 on 13.01.2010 and 14.01.2010 along with the following documents for duplicate Admit Card:

	I.D. Proof
	Copy of Hard Copy of application and attachments.
	Three Attasted Photograph.
	Specimen Copy of Admit Card from ESIC official website.

In alternate arrangement, the eligible candidates may also contact the Centre Co-ordinor of Examination Venue allotted to them on the day of examination i.e., 17.01.2010 between 8.30 AM to 9.00 AM and obtain their duplicate admit card from the Centre Co-ordinator on submission of above said documents.
